The songs number 1, 6, and 7 are part of the Dvadasa Stotra by Sri Madhvacarya, who composed 12 prayers to Lord Hari. They are played in special raga music given by the saint.
Songs number 2, 3, 4 and 5 were composed by Sri Vadiraja Thirtha (1480 - 1600 A.D.), an outstanding poet, musician and a most ardent devotee of Lord Hayagriva.
